All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location:

• Within Kenya: 2–7 business days
• International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination country and customs processing times)

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details where available.
